KIT (Quests and Tests)
An online competition and testing solution integrated into an LMS ecosystem, allowing students to participate in academic challenges and receive instant results.
NIT (Навчання і Технології / Learning and Technologies) is a Ukrainian learning management platform designed to support digital education processes in secondary schools. The platform provides tools for teachers, students, and educational institutions to organize and manage learning activities online.
As part of the NIT ecosystem, KIT (Quests and Tests) was created as an interactive assessment and competition environment. It enables students to participate in academic challenges, demonstrate their knowledge, and receive immediate feedback in a digital environment.
Lionwood.software developed an interactive testing and competition module integrated with the NIT learning management ecosystem. The solution allows students to participate in online academic contests while providing automatic evaluation, personalized access based on user data, and immediate results. The platform was designed to support large-scale participation while remaining resilient to real-world constraints, including unstable connectivity and infrastructure challenges.
Lionwood.software created a scalable online contest environment connected with NIT’s existing user management and learning infrastructure. The solution supports automated assessment, secure access levels, and reliable participation even in challenging connectivity conditions.
Instant automated knowledge evaluation
Subject-based online competitions
LMS-integrated user access management
Custom visual materials for contests
Increased student engagement through interactive formats
Digital education requires more than simply moving traditional activities online. For academic competitions, the system needed to support fair assessment, large numbers of participants, and different user scenarios while remaining simple enough for students and educational institutions to use.
The challenge was also shaped by the Ukrainian context, where educational platforms needed to remain accessible despite possible connectivity issues and infrastructure disruptions.
Lionwood.software extended the NIT ecosystem with a dedicated online competition and assessment module. The solution combined interactive testing, automated evaluation, and LMS integration to create a structured environment where students could participate in academic challenges digitally.
A key focus was balancing functionality with accessibility: the platform needed to support complex assessment workflows while remaining intuitive for students, teachers, and administrators.
Automated evaluation and immediate result delivery
Flexible contest structure for different academic subjects
Role-based access according to participant profiles
Reliable architecture designed for high participation volumes
Adaptation to unstable connectivity and infrastructure limitations
A digital assessment environment that allows students to participate in structured academic competitions.
The project was delivered by a multidisciplinary team experienced in EdTech platforms, scalable web applications, and digital learning workflows.
Lionwood.software helps organizations build digital platforms that improve learning, engagement, and access to knowledge. From LMS ecosystems and assessment tools to custom educational software, we focus on creating solutions that work for real users in real environments.
