An online support ecosystem connecting Ukrainian teenagers with self-help resources and professional psychological assistance.
NoTrivia (Не Дрібниці) is a Ukrainian social initiative implemented by UNFPA Ukraine and the Molodvizh organization with support from international partners.
The project provides teenagers with a safe digital space where they can access information, discuss personal challenges, and receive anonymous consultations with professional psychologists when additional support is needed.
Following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, NoTrivia faced growing demand for accessible mental health support among teenagers affected by displacement, uncertainty, and everyday wartime challenges. The existing chatbot and CRM infrastructure could not handle the increasing number of users and specialized workflows. Lionwood.software rebuilt the CRM system and expanded the chatbot logic, creating a scalable platform that helps psychologists manage conversations efficiently while preserving the project’s focus on accessibility and privacy.
Lionwood.software delivered a new chatbot and CRM ecosystem that supports user conversations, psychologist workflows, analytics, and targeted communication campaigns. The back-office platform allows administrators and specialists to manage interactions more efficiently while maintaining the flexibility required for a rapidly growing social initiative.

The initial chatbot and CRM solution supported the project’s launch but became insufficient as the number of users increased. A commercial CRM system could not reflect the specific workflows required for mental health support, where conversations need prioritization, specialist assignment, privacy considerations, and careful workload management.
Lionwood.software created a tailored digital infrastructure combining an expanded Telegram chatbot with a custom CRM designed around NoTrivia’s actual operational needs. The solution automated routine interactions while allowing specialists to focus their attention where human support was most valuable.
