Dizmo
Lionwood joined the development of a platform that enables organizations to build interactive operational workspaces by combining data, services, and reusable application components.
Dizmo is a Swiss software company developing a composable platform that enables businesses to build interactive operational applications from reusable components. Its technology is used across enterprise and industrial environments.
Serving organizations in manufacturing, automation, and other data-intensive industries, the platform focuses on connecting digital services, business processes, and physical assets into unified operational interfaces.
As the Dizmo platform continued to evolve, the client needed additional engineering capacity to accelerate development. Lionwood joined the product team with experienced JavaScript engineers responsible for developing interactive widgets, user interface behavior, and the logic connecting reusable application components with backend services. The collaboration expanded over time as Lionwood became an embedded development partner supporting the platform’s continuous evolution.
Lionwood engineers contributed to the development of reusable interface components (“dizmos”), interaction logic, and collaborative workspaces that allow organizations to assemble custom operational applications. The team became part of the client’s Agile product development process.

Long-term collaboration
The platform allows users to combine numerous independent application components into a single interactive workspace. Ensuring smooth communication, consistent behavior, and intuitive interactions between those components requires careful frontend architecture and close integration with backend services.
Lionwood joined the client’s engineering organization with experienced JavaScript developers who worked on the platform’s interactive interface layer. The team focused on creating reusable widgets, implementing communication between interface components, and ensuring a smooth experience across desktop and touchscreen environments.
